If our practices change in the future, you will be notified promptly and provided with a clear opt-out mechanism.
4. Your California Consumer Rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA provides you with the following rights:

Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. This means we will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide you with a different level or quality of services.
How to Exercise Your Rights:
To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request.
5. Verification Process

Matching identifying information provided in your request with information we have previously collected from you.
Sending a confirmation email to the email address we have on file.
Requesting additional documentation to confirm your identity and California residency (e.g., a copy of a government-issued ID and a utility bill).
We will avoid requesting unnecessary information and will use the information provided only for verification purposes. We may deny requests that are excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
6. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide you with services, comply with our legal obligations (such as CMS recordkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
